Selera Ramadhan Iftar Buffet Renaissance Hotel Johor Bahru presents a special festive experience “Selera Ramadan” iftar buffet which runs from 3 April until 2 May 2022.

The “Selera Ramadan” will include more than 600 dishes to choose form, live cooking station will be serving a wide variety of freshly prepared dishes with different flavours to ignite diner’s tasting buds and make the iftar at Renaissance Johor Bahru Hotel unique and unforgettable experience.

This year, the menu uses a variety of fresh traditional spices and local ingredients to ensure authenticity. Diners can look forward to classic dishes such as Rendang Ayam, Itik Salai Lemak, Ikan Masak Lemak Cili Api, Sambal Udang Petai, Ketam Goreng Kunyit Daging Rendang Tok, Kambing Gulai and among many other must-try traditional Malay dishes on the buffet line-up.
