The multiple live interactive cooking stations showcase the colourful diversity of Malaysian cuisine and allows guest to experience the journey from ingredients to pan and plate.

The Makan Journey promotion is available for dinner, Sunday to Thursday throughout 3 February to 2 March 2020. Prices start from RM88 nett per adult and RM44 nett per child (age 6 – 12). Feast on a spread including Beef Kerabu, Satay, Assam Laksa & Prawn Sambal Petai from the Malay section; Double Boiled Chinese Herbal Soup, Stir Fried Kailan and Wok Fried Prawn from the Chinese corner; Tomato Dhaniya Shorba, Palak Mutter, Lamb Raragosh, Mud Pot Biryani and Squid 65 from the Indian section and many more.

The live interactive cooking stations recreates the experience of ordering from a local Malaysian stall. The skilled and friendly chefs, invite guests to pick their ingredients to suit their palate and serve up their requested dish fresh before them. Be sure to taste the Freshly Roasted Chicken from the Oven, Dim Sum, Satay from the Charcoal Grill and Chicken Tandoori along with Assorted Naan Breads from the Tandoor Oven, and more exciting dishes from the cooking stations during your Makan Journey.

Your adventure comes to a sweet end with the freshly made to order Assorted Crepe Stall and Dessert Station. A tantalising local and international selection includes Ice Kacang, Assorted Aiskrim Malaysia, Shibuya Toast and Charcoal Waffles, Sago Gula Melaka, Carrot Cake, Passionfruit Opera and Pandan Catalana, Peanut Butter Mascarpone
