5 Easy Exercise at Home

Assalamualaikum

Hai korang☺☺ This 5 method of exercise can be use for simple exercise at home.

  1. Stand on tiptoe and then lower heel to the floor.Repeat 20 times
  2. Walk on tiptoe,taking short steps,for 5 minutes
  3. Lie on your back and perform a cycling movement with your legs.Do 20 revolutions.
  4. Bend leg and pull the thigh against your chest.Straighten the leg vertically and lower slowly to the floor.Do this 10 times
  5. Lie on the floor raise one leg slowly TO 90。,then lower to the floor.
  6. Do 10 times with each leg
