- Stand on tiptoe and then lower heel to the floor.Repeat 20 times
- Walk on tiptoe,taking short steps,for 5 minutes
- Lie on your back and perform a cycling movement with your legs.Do 20 revolutions.
- Bend leg and pull the thigh against your chest.Straighten the leg vertically and lower slowly to the floor.Do this 10 times
- Lie on the floor raise one leg slowly TO 90。,then lower to the floor.
- Do 10 times with each leg
