Hai korang☺☺Are you stress?? how to avoid stress and what kind of activities to relief the stress?

Engage one or more of your sense to relieve stress

From your eyes

  • Read a good book.
  • Watch of your favourite film.
  • Engange your visual senses in painting or photography.
  • Allow yourself to day dream for 10 minits.
  • Use visuallisation techniques,evoke good memories.
  • Look at memory or storyboad.

From your Ears

  • Sit outside and enjoy the sounds.
  • Listen a favourite pieces of music.
  • Listen to some sounds,lapping water.
  • Listen to a motivational recording.
  • Play a relaxion CD.
  • Listen to a radio program with eyes closed.

From your nose

  • Burn some aromatheraphy oils.
  • Enjoy the aroma of scented candles.
  • Do some baking-the mixtures of aromas and soothing movements.
  • Enjoy outdoor smell from walks in the country or near the sea.
  • Freshly brewed tea or coffee

From Your Mouth

  • Sing.
  • Lough.
  • Have a chat with someone who listens.
  • Chew a piece of sugarless gum.
  • Eat a piece of dark chocolate.
  • Use deep breathing exercises.
  • Repeat affirmation out loud.

From Your Finger

  • Exercise.
  • Squeeze a stress ball.
  • Stroke a pet,Particularly cats,dog or rabbits.

  • Have a Massage
